Freshman libero Christine Bach followed a record-setting performance with a match-best 22 digs, but an error-riddled offensive outing sent Memphis to a 3-1 loss at the hands of Tulsa on Sunday afternoon. The loss ends Memphis' run of five straight Conference USA wins.

Ashley Liford and Sarah Bury produced double-doubles for the second straight match. Liford cranked down 18 kills and made 11 digs, while Bury terminated 13 balls and added 17 digs. Senior Shelby Burton pounded out 12 kills and hit .333.

Memphis offset a 63-52 advantage in kills by committing 36 hitting errors. They also made 10 miscues from the service line.

Memphis will now look to its final week of regular-season action. The Tigers will host East Carolina at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 9. They will hold Senior Day festivities in a pre-match ceremony prior to Sunday's regular season finale versus Marshall. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
