MEMPHIS, Tenn.- After three weekends of tournaments Memphis volleyball hosts Arkansas State for their first single home match of the season.

The Tigers enter the match after a 2-1 record at the Elma Roane Fieldhouse and a 6-3 record overall. The Red Wolves stand at 3-7, having participated in tournaments hosted by University of Missouri, Ole Miss and Alabama. They had their best weekend most recently at the Hampton Inn Bama Bash when they earned wins against UT Martin and Nicholls State.

The Tiger offense is led by senior Viktorija Teivane who has averaged 3.09 kills in 35 sets, having started all nine games for the Tigers. Freshmen Catlin Lilly and McKenzie Hayes haver provided an offensive punch as well, Lilly has averaged 3.09 kills also through 35 sets, while Hayes has averaged 3.21 through 14. Veronica Zimmerman currently leads the American Athletic Conference with 11.23 assists per set, standing at 393 total. Junior Libero Aleksandra Petronijevic is 5th in the nation with 5.89 digs per set, giving her 206 on the year. The Arkansas State offense is led by Sadie Clark, who has averaged 3.20 kills through 35 sets. Kelsey Martin has averaged 2.44 kills per set through 36.
