Strength & Conditioning



The U of M strength & conditioning staff is looking for hardworking individuals who are looking to pursue a career in strength & conditioning. Applicants must be willing to volunteer several hours a day, be willing to learn, and assist the strength & conditioning coaches in any capacity they deem necessary. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to weight room maintenance and cleaning, assisting in pre-workout weight room or field preparation, strength coach shadowing, and working with small groups of athletes.

Collegiate strength & conditioning is a labor-intensive field and only dedicated individuals should apply. Interns can expect to gain a working knowledge of collegiate strength & conditioning and acquire invaluable experience that will benefit them in their pursuit of a strength & conditioning career.
