Riser Announces Fall 2025 Baseball Slate
Oct 03, 2025 | Baseball
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – With fall practices in full swing, Memphis Baseball head coach Matt Riser announced the official fall 2025 schedule on Friday.
"We are thrilled to start another fall and are looking forward to some exciting competition this fall," said Riser. "Our design is a little different than years past and will have us prepared for spring. The opportunity to play down at MGM Park (now Keesler Federal Park) will be a neat experience for our guys. Finishing up fall practice against North Alabama will allow us more development time before Christmas break. It will be a fun fall full of work and competition."
The Tigers will play three contests over the span of eight days, with two being held at FedExPark Avron Fogelman Field.
The fall slate begins with a neutral-site game against Louisiana on Oct. 25. The game will be played at Keesler Federal Park in Biloxi, Mississippi, the home of the Biloxi Shuckers, the Double-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. Tickets for the game can be found HERE.
Two days later on Oct. 27, Memphis will host the Ontario Blue Jays, a program based in the Greater Toronto area that offers an alternative option to players looking to pursue playing careers as the collegiate and professional levels. The program has had over 120 Major League Baseball draft picks, including a trio of recent first round picks in Myles, Bo and Josh Naylor.
The fall competition schedule concludes with a home game against North Alabama on Nov. 1. The two programs have only met four times during regular season action, most recently in 2024.
